I hope you brought your sweet tooth, because this roundup is all about treats (the summer kind). Popsicles, ice cream, no-bake pies, cocktails … you get the idea! Keep scrolling to see our favorite warm weather recipes.
First on our list? S’more ice cream BOMBS. I got kind of excited and felt like “all caps” were necessary there. These have layers of graham cracker crust, ice cream, topped and toasted marshmallow fluff.
One of our favorite cocktails, the dark n’ stormy, is even better in popsicle form.
I scream! Obviously, this blackberry cobbler ice cream made the list. Those little bites of pie crust …
In case you didn’t know, watermelon frosé tastes even better when it’s served inside a watermelon. You have to try this slushee made with rosé ice cubes, too!
Emma’s favorite no-bake cookie recipe. Be prepared to eat more than one …
I know cinnamon is usually a fall thing, but this spiced vanilla bean bushwacker (say that three times) is such a treat.
The easiest (ever) ice cream cake.
These aren’t regular ice cream sandwiches—they’re strawberry ice cream waffle sandwiches.
I love the idea of making snow cones at home—especially pina colada snow cones.
I’ve been craving this ice cream ever since Claire posted it on the blog. It has bits of homemade lemon bars in it!
No-bake pies are my go-to when I have company and need an easy dessert idea. You can’t go wrong with peanut butter pie or these cherry cheesecake bars.
If you love mandarins, you have to make these popsicles. They’re perfect for breakfast, too! Speaking of popsicles, I wanted to share a few more recipes: Banana coconut and chia, lime mint (no sugar added!), pina colada, and gin + tonic. Yum!
This strawberry basil lemonade is a refreshing cocktail or mocktail for those hot summer days.
Three ingredient ice cream (without an ice cream maker).
If you need a caffeine boost, there’s nothing better than a frozen almond spiced chai or a toasted coconut cold brew coffee.
What’s summer without a pineapple coconut daiquiri? Be sure to use a pineapple corer so you can drink out of the pineapple 🙂
Key lime pie is of my all-time favorites, and this is another easy no-bake recipe.
And because s’mores are such a summer staple, I had to include one more recipe—s’mores icebox cake. Chocolatey goodness in every bite.
